I really don't understand much of this article...but the title explains it all...2008 Will Be Just A Second Longer. And apparently the general concensus (sp?) is that 2008 sucked for everyone and the year needs to end now. Now that I think back over the past 12 months...I could pretty much agree. But I'll do my wrap up of the year a little later. I just wanted to fill you in on the craziness that is the Earth's rotation.
